Your responsibilities


Responsibilities:
  • Application & feature development using Embedded C,C++
  • You develop and configure drivers in the Linux kernel to use it on our customer’s latest High-Performance Controllers
  • You develop network switch functionalities in order to connect different areas in a complex High-Performance Controller system
  • You participate in development and maintenance of the software architecture in our Linux project environment
  • You consult together with other experts about the usage and development of Linux specific topics in our projects
  • You identify reusable Linux solutions in a multi project setup
  • You support our High-Performance Controller project offerings internally and in contact with external parties

Your profile

Requirements:
  • You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or a comparable degree.
  • You have good skills and knowledge in embedded development with C, C++
  • You are well experienced in driver development for the Linux kernel
  • You have experience in testing and debugging on target systems -to analyze the runtime behavior and resource usage of software applications running on Linux
  • You have good experience in network switch functionalities in a Linux environment
  • You have good skills and knowledge in scripting (Bash, Python)
  • Good experience in other POSIX compatible operating systems (e.g. QNX) is a plus
  • You are experienced in embedded systems and have know-how to translate real time requirements into efficient source code
  • Automotive software

  • You are always interested in learning new things.
