Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Human Delivery Specialist to perform HR Delivery tasks according to standard processes/procedures. Perform analysis and suggest improvements on processes and tools. Run and participate in HR Delivery projects. Manage agreed local vendors!

You will:

  • Respond to Tier 2 enquiries for Employees and Line Managers.
  • Time evaluation error handling.
  • Time Interface Error log analysis & error clearing.
  • Perform Quota, Work schedules & holiday updates.
  • Perform other time administration activities.
  • Participate in global & regional release testing.
  • Support on Time Management Projects, M&A and Outsourcings.

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Hands on work experience of HRMS (SAP) related to employee database management in HRMS.
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Proactive, service-oriented mind-set.
  • Analytical skills & Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Key Qualification:

  • Experience: 1-3 years
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Human Resources
