  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment Process (Sourcing, Screening of resumes, Schedule of interviews & Follow-ups, Salary Negotiation etc.)
  • Have worked on different job portals like Naukri, Monster, Timesjobs etc
  • Proficient in recruiting through Social media, Head Hunting, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet based recruiting tools.
  • Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments
  • Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
  • Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Capable to handle the work pressure and targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
