Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment Process (Sourcing, Screening of resumes, Schedule of interviews & Follow-ups, Salary Negotiation etc.)
Have worked on different job portals like Naukri, Monster, Timesjobs etc
Proficient in recruiting through Social media, Head Hunting, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet based recruiting tools.
Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments
Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
Capable to handle the work pressure and targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
