Job Description

As an HR Executive at Square One Media Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our employees. Your primary responsibilities will encompass recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives tailored to our unique industry.

Responsibilities

Recruitment (60%):

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit for specialized roles in architectural visualization and advertising.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to offer letters, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands in our dynamic industry.

Onboarding (20%):

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, providing them with the necessary resources and support to integrate smoothly into our company culture.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with our unique business processes and industry standards.
  • Conduct onboarding surveys to gather feedback and continuously improve our onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance the overall employee journey.

Employee Engagement (20%):

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs tailored to the creative and fast-paced nature of our industry.
  • Plan and organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with management to address employee concerns and implement solutions to enhance engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee engagement strategies, preferably in a creative or advertising environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
  • Immediate joiner preferred
