Job Title: HR Executive (Payroll Specialist)

Location: Chandigarh/ Mohali

Leading 20 years old Industrial Company having operations Pan India

Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll processing.

Administer benefits programs and communicate changes to employees as necessary.

Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

MBA in HR

Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
