Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
  • Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices.
  • Use various methods and platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed to recruit and network with potential candidates including networking events, and job fairs.
  • Develop the company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing.
  • Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
  • Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements.
  • Designing and managing recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
  • Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
  • Meet with Human Resources to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company.
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
  • Represent the company internally and externally at events with the goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
  • Generate monthly updates for the company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
  • Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Communicate regularly with the HR department to get a clear view of the company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
  • Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications

Skills And Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
  • Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred. MBA degree in Human resources or similar relevant field.
  • Previous experience seeking talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processes.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any questions a potential hire may have.
  • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making are strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates.
  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
  • Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders, and ages.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of social media and professional networks.

Education and Knowledge

· Masters in Degree MBA with specialization in Human Resource, Human psychology, PGDM.

Experience

· 3+ Years’ experience in IT Recruiting.

Office Location – Bangalore or Chennai

· 09:30 am to 07:00 pm

· Job holders may be required to extend the working hours in emergencies.
