Gulmohar Lane is looking for an HR Generalist based in Sitapura, Jaipur.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage HR operations involved in an employee life cycle from Hire to Retire.
  • Execute the new hire on-boarding / orientation process, including documentation for payroll.
  • Leave Management.
  • Administer payroll for the organization with the help of admin manager.
  • Organize and maintain employee/ personnel records.
  • Update internal databases and prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides. Maintain master tracker ensuring data accuracy.
  • Extend support in the delivery of required compliance and HR procedures including audits.
  • Execute the background screening process for new hires.
  • Drive and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Point of Contact for all employee grievances.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance for human resource management.
  • High level of integrity.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of work experience with a minimum of 1-2 years in HR Operations.
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably MBA or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in managing payroll, employee hiring, Employee Engagement a must.
  • Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as part of a motivated, high-performance team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
  • Should be well versed with MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
