Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
  • Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement.
  • Understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
  • Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for the entire interview process.
  • Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
  • Co-ordination with the candidates and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Consultancy background candidate is first preference
  • Finding Candidates through Job Portals, shortlisting and scheduling the interviews.
    Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
  • A personality that is able to engage others in conversation and a good listener.
  • Must be able to work on MS Office.
  • Any Graduate who is good in communication and want to make their career in HR/Recruitment
  • Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis - Very Aggressively.
