The candidate should have experience from the planning area, specifically in the Supply Planning and Manufacturing areas, and it’s an advantage to have system knowledge of SAP ERP and SAS Software Suite. Enjoy the interaction with others and apply a balanced mix of give and take in a collaborative environment. This helps to build a good contact network, both internally and externally.

The team is placed in Sweden/Kista and India/Bangalore, this position is based in Bangalore.

You will,

  • Take ownership of system solution and for the high-Level design as well as:
  • Approve System Documentation from supplier’s development teams
  • Guide functional solutions and specifications for development of different objects like Workflows, Forms, Enhancements, Reports, API development
  • Manage the overall test strategy for the solution. Conduct unit testing of the developed objects. Plan and assist during acceptance testing
  • Translate business requirements to high level technical design handover
  • Collaborate with technical product mangers of other system applications while proposing new solutions
  • Support the Supply business in the supply planning area
  • Communicate status effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Extensive maintenance/support experience with leading technical role and a deep understanding of the underlying processes, methods and tools
  • xperience working with global system change projects with operations in multiple countries and PLM transformation (MBOM/BOP project).
  • Experience in Forecasting, Planning and Operations teams to interpret business requirements and design solutions that satisfy those requirements.
  • Experience in high level knowledge on Interface (ALE/EDI/IDOC),
  • Experience form digital transformation journeys.
  • Proven understanding of the S&OP cycle and system contribution to the same
  • System knowledge of SAP ERP or SAS Sofware suite is a merit.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech/ MCA/M.Tech
  • Minimum years of experience: 10 years of SAP APO, SAP PP, Planning and Logistic.
  • Should have basic orientation to planning concepts not limited to Supply Chain control towers, demand sensing, inventory optimization.
  • Experience in Forecasting, Planning and Operations teams to interpret business requirements and design solutions that satisfy those requirements.
  • Basic understanding in Identity Access Management and overall security principles.
  • Experience working with global system change projects with operations in multiple countries and Agile methodologies like DevSecOps or SAFE are desirable
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English, with ability to formulate problems and solutions in an understandable way
