The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the Telecom industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with customer and multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations
  • Oversee multiple personnel
  • Planning and execution of Preventive and corrective maintenance (PM) of Infra equipment within SLA.
  • Individual is responsible to analyze the complaints provide required material / financial support to the filed team for rectification.
  • Responsible for inventory management, procurement, logistic management, vendor/supplier & customer management, cost negotiation etc.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategic supply chain process/ bench-marking best practices and should be able to monitor and review operational cost with market trends.
  • MSL to be maintained as per Indus Norms.
  • Responsible for reverse logistic and disposing of used oil and consumable’s.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech in Mechanical) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in Telecom industry.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong leadership skills

Package

3.5-4.5 lacs per annum
