Responsibilties

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and coordinating all the activities required to

perform, monitor, and report on the incident management

Responsible for correct classification on incident

Monitor the incidents to ensure that the Service Level Agreement are met

Identify, initiate, schedule and conduct weekly incident reviews

Ensure the closure of all resolved and end-user confirmed Incident records

Tracking of daily incident backlog

Ensure RCAs are received from respective teams for incidents

Provide guidance to the operations/incident management team

Create problem tickets for incident and track till closure

Create reports for management reporting

Identify and recommend improvement to existing process

Experience

At least 6-8 years of experience in the IT Industry

At least 3 years in Banking & Financial Services Industries

At least 2 years in ITIL process incident management

Experience

in incident management

Experience

driving process improvement, MIS reporting

Expirience in handling incident management tools like

SERVICENOW/HP-SM etc.

Good To Have

Application operations management

Exchange Business Domain knowledge

Skills ITILcertification

Softskills to handle coordination between operations teams and other teams

and with business team

Excellent knowledge on basic Quality Concepts and terminology

Knowledge

of RCA techniques like 5 WHY etc.

ITSM Tools

Knowledge

of Linux, Oracle, Middleware

Good To Have

Knowledge

of TQM and Lean concepts
