Serve as the face and first impression of Metasys, building our brand and creating strong networks that continue to bring referrals.
Full life cycle recruitment, building and maintaining a database of recruiters experienced in US staffing: networking, sourcing, interviewing, collaborating with company leaders through the process, onboarding, etc.
Employee relations
Social media posts to support brand building and recruiting.
Create and conduct employee orientation
Create and conduct other trainings and knowledge sharing sessions, as needed.
Market research, awareness and tracking of competitor trends, recommending continuous improvement actions.
