Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face and first impression of Metasys, building our brand and creating strong networks that continue to bring referrals.
  • Full life cycle recruitment, building and maintaining a database of recruiters experienced in US staffing: networking, sourcing, interviewing, collaborating with company leaders through the process, onboarding, etc.
  • Employee relations
  • Social media posts to support brand building and recruiting.
  • Create and conduct employee orientation
  • Create and conduct other trainings and knowledge sharing sessions, as needed.
  • Market research, awareness and tracking of competitor trends, recommending continuous improvement actions.
