Position Overview:

You will be part of an Information Systems team that focuses on the maintenance and the development of an extensive IS architecture with embedded systems. You will be working with a team IS developers to prepare the current IS structure for the Digital Transformation. The ideal candidate will be excited to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Expertise :

Develop expertise into the current systems interactions (Salesforce, M.T.P. Tavant, Atlas) and on the corporate systems,

Become the go-to-person for technical advice,

Assist in resolving production support problems,

Projects :

Assist in retiring and transitioning legacy platforms and all activities and data linked to it,

Assist in resolving production support problems,

Assist the IS Enterprise S.F.D.C Architect in the completion of unit / functional / integration / load testing by preparing test data, running tests and evaluating results,

Represent Global Services on corporate technical initiatives such cybersecurity projects and integration to corporate infrastructure

Perform data analysis to support project needs,

Function as a technical lead for design and implementation of various sub-systems,

Lead IS teamwork and the implementation of tickets with Agile (Scrum) methodology,

Lead the identification of the gaps and make optimization of GS portals and eCommerce performance.

Maintenance :

Consistently monitor own work to ensure the highest level of quality,

Work regularly with Trimble Corporate IS on compliance and maintenance features and streamline technical processes,

Skills, Abilities & Experience Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, creativity and innovation

Enjoy working with multiple systems and environments,

Comfortable working and collaborating in a fast-paced, development environment,

Provides recommendations on priorities that align with business and technical objectives,

Ability to independently create design specs and documentation that cross technical areas,

Ability to work independently on large-sized projects,

Independently understands, validates and refines requirements across multiple technical areas,

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience,

3+ years of professional development with Salesforce and connected systems with Salesforce,

2+ years of technical leadership including mentoring and training,

Interest to learn new systems for Digital Transformation,

Experience with Unit, Integration, and Functional testing

Communication Protocol Experience

Preferred Skills, Abilities & Experience:

Experience with working on service processes and functions (repair, support, service administration),

Experience in a complex environment.
