Roles And Responsibilities

Setting and monitoring sales objectives of Insurance agents. Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans. Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals. Facilitate Professional Development of Team Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals Contributing to meet sales targets of Insurance agents Keeping up-to-date with Insurance industry developments. Answering customer, POS queries. Help in growing the renewal business both captive and non- captive Prioritizing the product (motor, health, life) as per the demand Creating a plan to spread business across PAN India

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field

Min 3+yrs experience in Insurance Should have experience in handling motor, health and life insurance Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role Sales acumen. Excellent communication skills Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team Solid understanding of policies and products. Availability to travel as needed Be able to provide mentorship. Excellent interpersonal skills.
