Impact

As a Compliance Engineer, you will be part of the team that works closely with Auditors – internal and external, and lead Compliance for PB systems. You are expected to be hands on and up to date with the latest practices, along with we are looking forward to automating our compliance activities. The Job
  • Work closely with Auditors and Compliance partners to analyze and understand processes
  • Reduce the Turn-around time for Audit Findings by making process smart and covering all aspects.
  • Have a fair understanding of Compliance and Audit, SOX, SOC1, SOC2.
  • Facilitate communication and understanding between business users and Audit teams.
  • Take ownership of all assigned tasks and project related assignments.
  • Organize and lead meetings with the business and project teams.
  • Ensures timely completion of tasks in line with project objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills

This role requires a talented self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and the following skills:

Must to have
  • Solid Expertise across SOX Audits, Review Processes
  • Experience on Process Improvement.
  • Tools exposure on reporting and AutomationScripting.
  • Proven Track Record in improving Process for Compliance activities
  • Automation of compliance tasks: evidence retrieval, metrics maintenance/display
  • Assist with tracking/supporting on-going audits
  • Worked with application teams to design/implement processes for compliance
  • Exposure to DB (basic queries), SQL
  • Control Policy – Privileged User Access
  • Gather/Compile/ Organize evidence for multiple applications, track deadlines, report status
  • Good Co-ordination with External Auditors, previously worked well
  • Coordinate with internal/external auditors to respond to evidence requests
  • Good communication, organization skills required
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Record test results to document compliance
  • Strong attention to details
Good to have
  • Understanding of software application architecture
  • Shipping Domain ExposureKnowledge, Ecommerce.
  • IT Audit experience
  • IT Audit certifications – ISO27001:2013, CISA (Not Mandatory)
Qualification & work experience
  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Computer Engineering required
  • 5+ years Audit & Compliance
Require Work Timings
  • We look forward for folks taking ownership and ready to own and lead things, we are flexible for time and in practice we follow 10:30 am to 4 pm & 6 pm to 9 pm
  • In case of Business Priorities might have to stretch late hours, in that case we are flexible to shift timings as deemed fit
