Location : Indore.

Grade : Senior Executive

Role : Circle MPCG

Function Name : Deployment

Nature of Role : Individual Contributor Role ( IC)

Division/ Dept: : Deployment

Reports to : Circle Deployment Head

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : 3 TO 6 YRS , Hands on experience in managing deployment (Preferably in Telecom / Infrastructure/ Civil Construction)

Education : B. Tech (Civil / Electrical / Electronics)

Skills : Ability to drive results with focus on cost & quality ; Experience in vendor management ; Process Orientation

Principal Purpose of the Job

Set deployment targets, drive site rollout for new and upgraded sites as per Customer requirements through a team of Cluster Managers & Vendors ensuring Quality site RFAI (Ready for Active Installation) deliveries within SLA, budgets and ensure alignment between deployment activities at the circle level.

KRA

1. Undertake effective project management of deployment to ensure timely delivery (site RFI)

2. Coordinate with all agencies involved including Engineering, Logistics, Commercials for project related activities

3. Timely forecasting, requisitioning of material deliveries and site provisioning to match targets

4. Set project priorities overseeing project execution, resource allocation required for overall network infrastructure rollout of the circle

5. Ensure optimal site planning in consonance with companys expansion strategy to meet priorities of deployment of multiple operators

6. Monitor timeliness of all contractual deliverables for the sites to be deployed e.g. Coordination in preparation of BOQs, ordering for infrastructure, telecom equipment to Strategic Partners & Vendors

7. Supervise all civil and foundation work i.e. tower, shelter, DG etc. through strategic partners

8. Ensure Acceptance Testing of all sites declared RFIs

9. Provide feedback to Head office regarding any process changes required and stay at the top of any new processes and guidelines issued
