We have opening for Assistant Manager Logistics ( Warehouse & Logistics)

No.of Position:- 1

Job Location:- Gurgaon


Roles and Responsibilities


(1) Responsible for the overall work and daily management of warehouse transportation, complete the transportation operation targets issued by the company, arrange the work effectively according to the requirements of manners, and supervise, audit and follow up the implementation.

(2) To be responsible for formulating and revising the management rules for warehouse receipt and delivery and operation procedures, improving the various procedures and standards for warehouse management, establishing standardized and complete logistics warehouse operation reports, and timely feedback warehouse operation.

(3) Responsible for the rationalization of the layout and management of the warehouse, reasonable planning of the storage space and storage mode of goods, and adjustment of positions;

(4) To be responsible for drawing up the warehouse work plan; Make department monthly work plan, analyze and summarize department work status and next work ideas, lead and supervise employees to complete the target task;

(5) Be proactive and quick learner, Coordinate the work between departments and functional departments to meet the warehouse logistics needs of all departments


Desired Candidate Profile


(1) College degree or above, major in management or logistics;

(2) 3 years or above the same position management experience;

(3) Familiar with logistics management business process, have rich process management operation skills and inventory data analysis ability

(4) Good communication and negotiation skills, team management skills, strong ability to work independently.
