Profile Brief
Job Title: Assistant Manager – Retail Marketing
Location:Bangalore
Experience Range:2 - 4 Years
Role:Responsibility includes developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing Brand’s retail marketing campaigns across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategizing, Implementing & Monitoring marketing plan across all channels & media
- Ensuring brand awareness & salience through social marketing initiatives
- Design, build & maintain Brand’s Social Media presence
- Managing various marketing agencies towards achieving business objectives
- Campaign Management
- Planning, creating & executing campaigns for the brand
- Managing media budgets, targeting, and tracking ROI periodically
- Identify trends basis data and provide insights to optimize spend and performance
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Identify potential alliances and develop relationships with influencers who have the potential to grow the brand’s circle of influence and network
- Drive Retail Marketing Strategy and manage the marketing event calendar on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Develop communication briefs, targeted customer mix and relevant marketing elements for events in line with business & campaign objectives
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Ads manager & MS Excel
- Must have demonstrated ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
- An entrepreneurial mind-set, including a high tolerance for ambiguity, a penchant for experimentation, and a bias toward action
- Self-starter, exceptional communicator and good at interpersonal skills
- Problem solving approach and ability of moving quickly in a fast-paced environment
Education & Experience Required:
- A Bachelors or post-graduate degree from a premier B School in marketing
- Min. 2 years of experience in digital marketing and knowledge of paid and organic tactics on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
