Responsibilities
ü Upkeep of the Branch and ATM
ü Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Management of the branch
ü Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the branch
ü Liability generation & New Business development (CASA acquisition)
ü Cross Sell of various Third party products and Asset products
ü Maintaining & deepening relationship with HNI customers
ü Ensure Branch headcount budget are on-board
ü Adherence of YES Values driven via Yes Personality standards & Work commitment
ü Effective Team Management and building Team Spirit
ü Learning & skill development of the team
ü Ensure Role clarity to employees in the branch and manage attrition
ü Ensure that the BEST template is fully updated
ü Ensure that BELT is conducted on timely basis
ü Comply with Bank’s policies and processes
ü Conduct customer engagement programs and marketing events.
ü Drive Employee Engagement activities in the branch
ü Thorough knowledge of daily banking operations and products and services
ü Timely communication of relevant information to the Branch employees for the smooth functioning of the Branch
ü Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns
ü Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for the branch and for various product and services
ü Awareness of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set quality parameters conforming to the standards
ü Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer’s assets
ü Ensure Audit related deliverables both internal and external are met as per the prescribed norms
ü Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
ü 100% allocation of Service RM codes and quarterly review
ü Training of KYC/AML on a monthly basis
ü Proper implementation of CRM by the Sales, Relationship & BSD departments and to be reviewed at every interval
Expected Candidate Profile
Age:
ü Minimum 29 to Maximum 36 years
ü Graduate/Post Graduate or MBA from a recognized university/premium business schools
ü AMFI/NCFM/IRDA certifications will be an added advantage
ü Graduate/Postgraduate with 8-14 years of relevant experience in operations, client servicing or sales role
ü Knowledge of core banking systems and processes will be an added advantage
ü Must necessarily come from Banking Organizations’ with minimum 2 years as Branch Head
ü Strong written and verbal communication skills
ü Fully conversant with MS Office
ü Excellent networking & interpersonal skills
ü Strong Decision making ability
ü Ability to manage complex client situations
ü Sensitive to issues of confidentially and compliance
ü Strong sense of accountability and self-initiative
ü Good Market knowledge of ‘Retail Banking’ or ‘Consumer Banking’ or ‘Branch Banking’
ü Good knowledge of regulatory guidelines
