As a Computer Operator in an Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC), you will be responsible for managing and monitoring critical alerts of Lucknow city, networks, and applications that support the operation of the command and control center. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various technological systems used for real-time monitoring, decision-making, and emergency response.

Responsibilities -

1. Incident Management: Respond promptly and effectively to system incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Follow established protocols and procedures to escalate incidents to appropriate personnel and coordinate necessary actions for resolution.

2. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various teams, including emergency response teams, law enforcement agencies, public safety officials, and technical support staff. Communicate critical information, coordinate actions, and provide technical support during emergencies or high-pressure situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
