Should have good experience in handling Assistant managers or Team leaders
Experience working with International Voice Process
Deliver excellent customer service experiences through the operational management of the front line.
Coordinate with team members and team leaders to ensure all operational challenges are handled effectively.
Ensure all operational and commercial targets are met.
Inspire and motivate your team to ensure high levels of engagement with the business and reduce attrition.
Manage clients effectively to ensure high levels of engagement and their contribution to our success.
