- Provide quality customer support and L1 technical troubleshooting services in an inbound call center environment
- Answer incoming calls and provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Seek out, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Complete Call Logs and reports
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
Essential Traits:
- Excellent active listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English
- A clear and neutral accent without any mother tongue influence (MTI)
- Focus on providing First Time Resolution to the customer
- Computer Savvy and proficient in relevant computer applications
- Open for night shifts
- Focus on quality of service
Desirable traits:
- Experience working with a US-based contact center/call center
- Experience in a technical troubleshooting process
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Ability to respond to prying questions and/or to diffuse tense situations
- Strong time management and decision making skills
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
