Responsibilities

:- Providing 1st level support for existing products.- Handling technical queries from Operations, Sales and Retail teams and providing resolution accordingly.- To collect and classify data for the issues raised in production and raise them with appropriate team.Requirements :- Good analytical skills.- Working knowledge of MySQL (must have).- Understanding of monitoring tool preferably Cloudwatch and Kibana (must have).- Working Experience of JIRA and any other ticketing tool.- 3+ years of experience in working in tech support/production support/ application support.- Should be able to classify issue as technical bug, requirement gap or understanding/training issue.- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
