    • Project management

    • Competency management and Team building
    • Stake holder management
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies and Agile coaching
  • Good Understanding of Embedded Software Development in automotive domain
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and should be adaptive to challenging situation

Desirable Skills

  • Good negotiating and convincing skills
  • Exposure to Project Management Tools like MPP & Office tools
  • Knowledge/Experience in Automotive Infotainment domain
  • Good in Quality Process Implementations & Project Metrics Tracking

Qualifications


Bachelors or Masters in Engineering
