Job Overview
We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to join our team at Podar Education Network. As a Front Desk Executive, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, greeting and assisting visitors, and providing administrative support to the organization. This is a full-time position based in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of office management and basic accounting principles

- Manage the front desk operations and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Greet and assist visitors, answer their queries, and provide information about the organization
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain the reception area clean and organized
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism
