Roles and Responsibilities


  • Govern the payroll and employee benefits processes
  • Manage statutory compliance for all foundation entities
  • Conceptualize and reinvent core HR policies for agile, decentralized decision-making
  • Implement HRMS and other transformative solutions across foundation
  • Leadership Hiring
  • Identify, attract and onboard Program Leaders and Program Managers across foundation
  • Improve efficiency on key talent acquisition metrics
  • Onboard partners to develop innovative tools/frameworks/systems/ technology
  • Collaborate with CXOs to conceptualize HR interventions for evolving organization strategy
  • Anchor talent management strategy for CXOs and their succession plans
  • Onboard partners to develop innovative tools/frameworks/systems/ technology
  • Conceptualize and enable change management
  • Leadership capabilities development ,drive lead developmental processes .Anchor culture transformation initiatives like Diversity, Inclusion, Self Transformation etc
  • Lead interventions to create organizational safe spaces for listening, shared meaning-making and collaborative action, strengthen employee engagement and communication
  • Anchor talent management strategy for CXOs and their succession plans
  • Design OD interventions for evolving organization strategy
