Roles and Responsibilities

Provide primary support contact for onsite IT issues.
Install, modify, and make minor repairs to desktop hardware and software systems, and provides technical assistance.
Supporting employees and working with agents, and suppliers at all levels and provide training to system users.
Install hardware and peripheral components like monitors, keyboards, local and network printers, and disk drives, etc for users.
Manage and administer servers, networks, and applications.
Install, configure, and maintain switches, servers, firewalls, and hard drives.
Handling tech support calls.
Liaisoning with business users and global IT for troubleshooting, investigating, analysing, and solving software problems.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management in preferably a global set up.
Must possesses excellent communication skills.
Must have handled internal & external stakeholders.
