- Implement various components of in process quality control and assurance program comprised
- Responsible for raw material, in-process and finished goods quality inspection
- DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ – Qualification Programs for the process and laboratory equipments
- Chemical Risk Analysis (CRA)
- Hazard Analysis Risk Assessment (HARA)
- Food Processing Line sanitation standards, CIP and COP
- Validations covering CIP/COP and test methods validation
- Continual Improvement
- CAPA Handling
- Customer Complaints Handling
- Hazard Analysis - Preventive Control
- Food and Ingredient Knowledge
