Role Expectations

Execute the demand planning process for India across various Business units
Actively Participate in pre-S&OP and S&OP process and meetings and ensure adherence to stated timelines
Drive improvement in forecast accuracy, bias and demand analytics by identifying areas for improvement and working to drive improvements through lead and lag indicators.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Planning to help resolve demand-related queries and track fill rates and Inventory availability
Co-ordinate with NPD & marketing team for demand generation for new product
Deliver on key supply chain metrics (Customer OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, pending order) and drive improvements based on root cause analysis
Effective and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders to achieve consensus on all demand plans.

Role Deliverables

Analyzing demand and developing demand forecast in monthly-basis across all brands
Communicating the forecast to EPO teams and internal stakeholders.
Provide weekly or monthly reports on forecast accuracy and analysis of key accounts.
Analyze the demand patterns and create a Demand construct at SKU Level
Liaise with Brand, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Category/Channel Finance and drive S&OP process for the categories.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Proven ability to build, sustain, and influence relationships, at all levels of an organization
