  • Developing procurement strategies that are innovative and cost-effective
  • Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Developing forecasting methods to achieve 100% product availability around the month
  • Working on timely follow-up with vendors in terms of production and delivery
  • Understanding of best-in-class operations, financials, and reporting to drive the highest level of customer satisfaction and lowest landed cost
  • Working on warehouse, store, and vendor visits whenever needed
  • Coordinating with cross-function departments is necessary
Requirements
  • Any graduate/postgraduate
  • Preferably from a fashion background
  • Strong business acumen
  • In-depth knowledge of invoicing, negotiation terms, and strong leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Extensive experience in procurement preferred
  • Team player
  • From the ideation of new products from scratch to delivery, the whole process of knowledge is required
  • Immediate joiners are a plus
