Job description

About the Position

  • We are looking for IT Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
  • Also overseeing and ensuring that computing systems and equipment are operating effectively and efficiently.

Skills and qualities

  • Microsoft O365 technologies and Active Directory Services
  • Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services
  • Identity management and access management
  • Single sign-on and multi-factor authentications
  • Ideally have experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) for both Mac and
  • Windows consisting of provisioning, configuration, and maintenance

Tools used for MDM

  • Jamf (Mac)
  • NinjaRMM (Windows)
  • Managing planned work by creating roadmaps.
  • Tracking of progress and other metrics
  • Maintains relationships with technology, software, and security vendors
  • Maintains familiarity with current and upcoming IT equipment, services, and other developments
  • Coordinates and actions troubleshooting, support, and service for equipment and networks when necessary
  • A friendly and confident personality who can relate well with others
  • High level of communication skills; both written and oral, including the ability to document technical proposals and solutions, and communicate with customers using a helpdesk ticketing system

The main duties of the role include

  • Managing a small team to develop IT strategies, roadmaps and procedures
  • Endpoint management and support
  • Actioning Service Desk requests.
  • Working within a small team to develop IT strategies and procedures
  • You may also have other duties based on the needs of the business.

Role Requirements

  • Educated to degree level preferably in an IT related discipline.
  • Project management certification (desirable).
  • Strong technical IT skills Priority setting, based on business need and demand
  • Manage remote teams
  • Set and manage business expectations
  • 5 Plus years experience in a Management roll
  • 5 Plus years experience in a technical roll.
