Roles and Responsibilities

Role involves, Implementing best in class systems in the Shop and Office

5S, TQM, TPM, QC Circles, TEI, CSEP, Kaizen, Safety circle, Lean, Six Sigma, Best in class practices

Must to have worked for 5S / Best in Class Awards from QCFI, AOTS, CII, JIPM Deming etc.,

Should be a team player and co-ordinator

Will report directly to Top Management

Job involves, Self-starting and Organizational change management activities

Willing to travel, to look after units in Chennai


Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills | Spoken & written

5 to 10 years of work experience on the Shop Floor

Graduate Engineer

Candidates having a notice of 0-15 days.
