Job Description

Handling & Dispatch of Finished goods to Customers as per the Delivery Priority

and achieve the Daily , Weekly and Monthly Sales Targets with Minimum Supervision

Requirements

1. Should work and Supervise Loading Helpers , Forklift Drivers , Logistics Drivers

And Achieve the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Targets.

2. should be willing to work in Shifts and If required in extended hours

3. willing to work under sales target pressure and Changing Priorities

5. Should be able Collaborate with Production Team and able to Pull the parts which are

in Pipeline to Achieve the Daily Sales Target

6. will be reporting to Dispatch Incharge

7. Should ensure the Dispatch as per Customer Packing Standards and Customer Designated

Pallets , Bins etc

8. Should Maintain the Updated Customer wise Finished Stock at all the Time

8. Should be able to Prepare and Circulate the Periodical MIS Reports.

9. Should Update and Maintain QMS /IMS Documentation

10. Motivate the Team members and Ensure the Team working with Higher Morale
