Roles and Responsibilities


We are looking for a Multilingual CRM for our Gurgaon Office who can able to speak in English, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi


  • Will be responsible entirely for the region & determine the operational practices of all the areas, making sure each runs smoothly, cleanly, complies with marketing and sales campaigns and meets budget and sales goals.
  • Coach/mentor Customer Success Managers on driving successful engagements and build strong partnerships within current customer base
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team members to achieve team sales targets
  • On board new clients by completing training and implementation on the platform
  • Gain a working understanding of clients businesses to discover use cases for our software to increase software usage
  • Coordinate with internal teams to get the customer issue resolved as soon as possible
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Ensure billing and collection is done on time
  • Responsible for hygiene of business processes

6. Ability to convey complicated ideas simply

8. Resourceful with the ability to solve problems creatively and with minimal guidance
