Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all post-sales correspondence with the customers, constantly monitor collections and ensure the timely collection from customers.
  • Ensure regular monitoring of project progress and keep clients updated on the same.
  • To maintain relationship with clients/channel partners and handle all client queries post booking formalities till possession.
  • Assist customer in documentation
  • Collaborate with the Team manager and Head of CRM for all customer issues
  • To co-ordinate and handle all documentation internally and externally pertaining to Sales.
  • To co-ordinate with Sales Team as and when required.
  • Explore ideas for achieving better customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA with minimum 4 years of experience in customer handling post sales
  • Pleasing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good listener with high emotional quotient
  • Ability to handle difficult customer with ease
