Comprehensive understanding of networking and latest Technology concepts pertaining to LAN and WAN, IT Infrastructure, IT Operation and Business ERP, Sales Force Automationmaintenance.

  • Providing technical solution for their ERP software, Sales Force CRM, Production Planning Control (PPC), HRMS.
  • Day to day technical support to end users.
  • Corporate Data Backup and Recovery. Providing Network User Support and Administration of server Ensuring optimum 24-hour availability of server and networks via planning, performance tuning and corrective actions,
  • Provide training to end-users regarding software.
  • Maintenance of Network related Hardware’s.
  • Analyzing business needs and taking initiatives to establish robust IT & Network infrastructure including provisioning of all Servers, Business applications and hardware and software services. Implementation of IT policy throughout the company. Antivirus Server related implementation. IT Asset Management etc.
  • Manage and administrator to ensure optimal operation of all desktops, laptops, servers, network devices.
  • Making Monthly Dashboard and MIS Report - Network uptime trend, Project activities, new Initiatives etc. and present to management etc.
  • Vendor Coordination.
  • Local & Network Printer troubleshooting & installation, Software (Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook, Installation / Support / Troubleshooting.
