Contenuto del lavoro

  • To ensure that GMPs are implemented and maintained as per requirement at sites producing finished goods.
  • To ensure that testing and inspection of all RMs’, PMs’, finished goods and bulk are carried out as per Technical Document System (TDS) specifications.
  • To ensure implementation & sustenance of company’s quality KPI regime and responsible for the release process of all Finished Goods as per the company requiremts
  • To ensure all raw materials and packaging materials used in the manufacturing process are from approved vendors; also, to ensure that the COA specifications from the suppliers for all incoming materials comply with the TDS specifications.
  • To ensure raw materials and packaging materials handling and finished goods storage and distribution are managed
  • To ensure the robust In-process quality control (IPQC) at the site as per company policy
  • Responsible for conducting store check/DC check as per plan given by CQA.
  • Involve in conducting validation, qualification and calibration activities on manufacturing sites as per approved guidelines.
  • To make sure that change control management process is in place for all activities which have the potential to impact quality on all company products manufactured by sites; document and review the same.
  • To ensure the quality of good for sale" for the first delivery for all new products from the site.
  • To ensure on time JDE reporting to support business.
  • To ensure on time calibration of Lab equipment, review monthly Lab requirements, chemical preparations etc. to avoid unnecessary delay.
  • To ensure effective change over, CIP and BMR controlling is in place.
  • To ensure effective control sample handling in place for RM/PM/FG

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Chemical / Biochemistry M.Sc Chemistry / Biochemistry

Experience: 3 - 5 Years
