The Roles and Responsibilities of the Real Estate Consultant would be the following:
- Develop trust and relationship with a portfolio of major clients
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Determining clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Remain enthusiastic and have a fire to perform

HOW WE ASSIST?
- One-on-One interaction with the Vice Presidents on daily basis.
- Weekly meeting with the entire team of HRR, pan India.
- Caravan - Viewing properties as a team every week.
- Monthly Induction session conducted by the Director.
- Quarterly Training program(5 days) conducted by In-house experts and Industry Pioneers.
Required Candidate profile
The ideal candidate must have the following qualities:
1) Strong interpersonal skills and communication
2) Excellent negotiation capabilities
3) Basic knowledge of MS Office
4) Be trustworthy, reliable and a results-driven person
5) Passion and fire to learn/succeed
6) Candidates from any discipline can apply.
7) Age below 37
