PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Observe and evaluate restaurant workers and work procedures to ensure the quality standards and service and complete disciplinary records.
  • Assign duties ,responsibilities and work station to employs in accordance with work requirements.
  • Inspect supplies ,equipment and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.
  • Control inventories of cutleries ,crockery ,glassware and liquor and report to RM.
  • Perform personnel actions such as providing employee orientation and training.
  • Conduct supervisory actions such as working schedules
  • Recommending measures for Improving work procedures and working performance to improve the service quality.
  • Analyze operational problems such as wastage and thefts and establish procedures to avoid these problems.
  • Develop equipment maintenance schedules and arrange for repairs.
  • Perform various financial activities such as cash handling.
  • Compile and balance cash sheets at the end of the day.
  • Meet ,greet and seat guests and present menus and wine lists.
  • Meet ,greet and get feed back from the guests regarding food and service.
  • Schedule parties and take guest reservation.
  • Resolve the customer complains regarding food service area
