Job Description: Lighting Sales and Marketing Specialist
Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lighting Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lighting products, a proven track record in sales and marketing, and the ability to drive growth and brand awareness in the lighting industry.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and market share for our lighting products.
· Identify and target potential clients, distributor and retail counters, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and businesses, to expand our customer base.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Provide expert advice and consultation on lighting solutions, both technical and design-related, to clients and team members.
· Creating compelling content, including product presentations
· Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify product improvement and innovation opportunities.
· Work closely with the senior management to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
· Stay up-to-date with advancements in lighting technology and market trends to offer informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
· Proven track record of at least 0-5 years in lighting sales and marketing, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
· In-depth knowledge of lighting products, industry standards, and lighting design principles.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
· Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
· Proficiency in Excel, power point, gmail , and other sales and marketing tools.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address client needs and drive business growth.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Willingness to travel to client meetings as required.
