Overview
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Specifically, you will
- Work with the integrated sales, sales ops, and marketing teams.
- Provide lead generation and research support to the global sales team
- Provide salesforce CRM support
- Work on sales analytics to help guide sales strategy
- Perform other sales Operations related tasks to help improve sales productivity and revenue growth
Experience
- 0-5 years of experience.
Skills for Success
- Strong Data analysis skills, MS Excel skills
- General understanding of sales and marketing processes
- Understanding of SharePoint as a knowledge Management tool
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Knowledge of Lead Generation tools like ZoomInfo
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong time management/prioritization skills
Technical Skills
- Proficient in advanced MS Word skills & proficient in other Microsoft Suite of applications i.e. PowerPoint, and Excel
- General understanding of salesforce and lead generation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required or equivalent required.
