Key Responsibilities :

1. Should be experienced and well versed with both International and Domestic financial markets.

2. Should be well versed with NRI products in the financial markets space with minimum of 10-12years of industry experience .

3. Strategizing the NRI Desk set up ,to ensure that the sales behaviour, sales ethics and sales practices of the team comply with company standards and regulations

4. Should have relevant experience of setting up Desk, recruitment and managing team for NRI products.

5. Acquisition & servicing of NRI clients.

6. Implement and adopt RBI guidelines/Circulars to ensure the unit is 100% compliant to latest regulations.


Role Summary:-


- To plan resource allocation and be responsible for financial viability of the vertical.

- To device strategy of the company to ensure the regional objectives of Partner are achieved

- To closely work with the management in designing the sales strategies and business plan for the vertical.
