DEPARTMENT:


  • REMS – Qualification Test lab, Hyderabad.
  • Reporting to Engineering Manager, Overall Responsibility of Warehouse


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure fixtures and Equipment are carefully stored and organised in the warehouse
  • Create PR,GR and other required warehouse related documents in SAP.Excellent knowledge on SAP
  • Supports creation and Follows up on the calibration and maintenance schedules
  • Ensure warehouse and job preparation paperwork is accurately completed, processed and stored
  • Take delivery of goods and supplies. Check for damaged or missing items. Assign bin details for storage.
  • Co-ordinate with Quality team for QM clearance
  • Ensure proper storage of the parts as per SOP.
  • Perform warehouse transactions. (MIGO)
  • Responsible for periodic report run.
  • Responsible for performing ABC analysis & Cycle count.
  • Pick and pack orders for dispatch. Load goods for dispatch
  • Maintains inventory records in SAP WM on day to day basis.
  • Keep accurate stock records.
  • Support in publishing annual stock report
  • Co-ordinate with production for quarterly report generation.
  • Ensure that all lifting and monitoring devices are maintained in recalibrated conditions always.
  • Co-ordinate with procurement department for recalibration services.
  • Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others.
  • Responsible for scrap yard management & disposal of the same to PCB Authorized vendor.
  • Use Lean knowledge like 5S, Kaizen to Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency
  • Participate in floor safety talks.
  • Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add value
  • Adhering & maintaining the IMS requirements (ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018).
  • Implementing operational policies and procedures.

Experience:

  • Professional education or Degree, 5+ years warehouse management experience
  • Must have thorough understanding of Warehouse SAP transactions.
  • Should be familiar with material handling processes.
  • Available to work extended hours
  • Preferable experience in a an industrial warehouse working on mechanical componets.

  • Reports to: EM
  • Internally : With direct Team Leader, colleagues within the department’, Finance, Procurement, Admin
  • Externally : With service providers/suppliers and external partners
