Job Description- Associate Director- OCC (Operation Control Center) Projects

Lead all short-term and long-term projects within OCC with updated status reports.

Maintain a continuous dialogue with the functional managers and heads of different functions within OCC regarding all processes, policies, projects, and effectiveness of mitigating actions when risk is observed and updating in case of any trend being observed.

Work closely with Project Managers for stakeholder departments for successful completion of projects.

Ensure documentation of all processes and policies within the respective functions

Lead a team of analysts for supporting analysis and automation for efficiencies in operations.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with over 12 years of relevant experience.

PMP Certification (preferred).
