Job Summary

The US ESS Creative Services Group (CSG) Traffic/Workflow coordinator for service delivery of the respective team within the CSG. The workflow coordinator (WFC) is responsible for evaluating project needs, benchmarking estimated time to be allotted for each project, client communication, negotiating deadlines, monitor progress of projects to meet quality and TAT metrics. The coordinator works closely with the CSG staff, monitoring multiple intake queues, reviewing projects. Acts as a mentor for the associates providing consultation for complex project related challenges. Maintains in-depth knowledge of tools and resources used by the firm and constantly evaluate current technologies for adaptation into the team’s work stream. Provide inputs and work in sync with the RPA and AI teams for process advancement. Responsibilities involve seamless service delivery, resource management, project resource planning and approval, problem solving, communication with customers.

  • Essential skills

    • Experience in supporting creative services business environment in project workflow team.
    • Experience in working with workflow monitor portals, MIS tools,
    • Client communication and act as bridge to conducting necessary training to the associates
    • Knowledge of design software use, MS office modules, and email/video communication expertise for project requirement gathering, design conceptualization, and MIS reporting.
    • Ability to track work pipeline, and deliver as per defined SLAs and commitments
    • Quick thinker and fast learner so that he can adapt to our changing technologies
    • Excellent in both written and verbal communication with stakeholders across geographys
    • People management

  • Desirable skills

    • Experience in collaborating and working with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful design client deliverables
    • Experience in basic Adobe and MS office tools
    • Experience in design consultancy
    • Experience in training team/ teams on technical and soft skills
    • Experience in data analytics using different tools (Power BI, MS Access, SP)
    • Client side or agency experience in a service campaign role

  • Technical Skills/Tools skills

    • Knowledge in design application tools
    • Familiar with MS Office, Adobe tools
    • Experience in project workflow management
    • HTML, and SharePoint basic knowledge
