How will you make an impact?As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will striving for operational excellence, attention to details with a retail centric and entrepreneurial mind-set to ensure Cartier have perfect compliance standards by designing, testing and reporting of all internal control systems to meet brand and group guidelines. In this role you will cover boutiques, point of sales and digital presence on a large territory & you will need to be able to prioritize yourself with excellent time management and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Your key priorities will support boutique operations, understand routine boutique operations procedures and help to optimize the business workflow, prepare analysis based on daily sales reports including exchange, refunds, desposits, high value transaction, price changes and reservations.How will you experience success with us?Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English & Hindiwith excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You have a prior experience working in a retail leadership role with a sound understanding of end to end boutique operations with an ability in handling sensitive/complex matters in confidential and professional manner.
