About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Sales Team Leader to oversee our sales operations for the Australia and USA markets. You will be responsible for leading a team of 8-10 sales executives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies specific to the Australian and USA markets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for your team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel industry partners, airlines, and hotels.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Update and maintain accurate itineraries for flight routings, utilizing proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution System), particularly Amadeus.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of GDS, particularly Amadeus, for itinerary creation and flight bookings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A passion for the travel industry and a strong understanding of travel trends.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
