What this job involves:
Providing a roadmap for success
Working as a part of the global team, you’ll be the primary point of contact for regional clients and will be required to build strong working relationships with them. Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives, by partnering with other internal JLL teams, will be your main task.

With support of your Manager, you shall work on exploring lease administration sales opportunities within the account/s and be open towards potential breaks within other business lines. You will be responsible for the development and achievement of sales target agreed with your Manager. You will be required to have an understanding of other JLL Business lines, various products, etc. to be able to recommend to Clients.

To apply you need to be:
A post graduate (PMP / MBA is preferred)
Have at least minimum of 8-10 years’ industry experience either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant .
Well versed in Microsoft tools such as Excel and Powerpoint
Self-motivated; confident & energetic
Strong communicator – Good verbal & written communication and active listening skills
Knowledgeable in real estate leases and accounting
