Responsibilities:

  • Keep a watch on the activity calendar, social media posts, and physical/online activities of various departments on campus
  • Collect raw and relevant data of the above activities from concerned authorities for the purpose of making a report (through his/her team)
  • Design SoPs for preparing reports suiting to requirements of various external and internal agencies
  • Process the data to make it suitable for various formats
  • Quality audit the write-ups for events
  • Generate data insights based on data analysis for graphical representation and finding gaps and trends
  • Collate and aggregate the data according to various requirements of ranking/accreditation agencies
  • Prepare reports in various formats suiting to requirements of external and internal agencies.
  • Audit all reports for quality purposes
  • Design and maintain the report repository portal
  • Closely liaison with Registrar office, IQAC, and VC office for understanding requirements of report generation

    • Qualification(s) Required:

    PhD*(Media Studies / Social Sciences / Business Management)


    Experience Required (in years):

    5 years (minimum) in a similar role
